The 3rd Annual Bahamas Web Awards?
2005 Winners Announced!

 Queen's
College was the winner of the prestigious Best
of The Bahamas Award (pictured).
The prized award sculpture, created exclusively for
the Bahamas Web Awards by internationally recognized Bahamian sculptor
Antonius Roberts, was presented by Erica James, Curator of the National
Art Gallery of The Bahamas.
The photo (click to enlarge) shows Mr. Roberts and Ms. James with Henry
Knowles, webmaster of the Queen's College website (center).
The winners of both the People's
Choice Awards and the Judge's Selections, in each of the seven categories,
received their awards at the Bahamas Web Awards luncheon ceremony on
December 8, 2005.
The luncheon, emceed by legendary Bahamian
entertainer T'Rez Hepburn was held at the British Colonial Hilton in
Nassau.
